The consultation form collects your name, email, phone number, residence location, preferred contact method, service interests, desired frequency, anticipated start date, and message. We also receive information you share by phone or email.

Our private staff schedule holds account details, client and residence information, service instructions, appointments, assignments, estimates, and schedule updates. Supabase manages staff sign-in.

Website activity

The contact form briefly uses your IP address to limit repeated submissions. If Google Analytics is enabled, it may collect website activity and device, browser, and cookie information. You can manage cookies in your browser settings.

How we use information

We use inquiries to respond and arrange services. Staff use the private schedule to plan visits, coordinate work, prepare estimates, and send updates. Technical information helps us operate the site, limit misuse, and understand website use when analytics is enabled.

Service providers

Lovable hosts the website and helps deliver contact form messages through Resend. Supabase stores private schedule information and manages authentication. Google Analytics receives website usage information if enabled. Staff phone alerts use browser and device notification services. These providers receive information needed to perform those functions.

Staff sign-in and phone alerts

The staff app stores sign-in information on the device. It clears that local sign-in when staff sign out or after 180 days; a server session may end sooner. Staff can turn phone alerts on or off. Alerts use a device subscription and show general schedule changes without client names or residence details.

Retention and requests

We keep inquiries and service records as needed to respond, provide services, manage the business, and meet legal obligations. Retention varies by record and provider. Email us to ask what information we hold about you or to request a correction or deletion. We review requests against our business and legal obligations.

Security and changes

Only authorized accounts can access the staff schedule. No online system is completely secure. If our practices change, we will update this page and its effective date.
